Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and TradeHound LLC ("TradeHound", "we", "us"). They govern your use of the website at tradehound.xyz and the application at app.tradehound.xyz (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What TradeHound is — and is not

TradeHound is a software subscription. Depending on your plan, it delivers trading signals generated by our systematic strategies, or additionally places the corresponding orders on your own exchange account through an agent key that you grant and can revoke.

• TradeHound is not a broker, dealer, exchange, fund, asset manager, or investment adviser.
• We never take custody of your funds. We cannot deposit, withdraw, or transfer on your behalf.
• Nothing in the Service is investment, legal, or tax advice. Signals and automated orders are the mechanical output of predefined strategies, not recommendations tailored to you.

2. Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to trade the instruments involved (leveraged cryptocurrency derivatives). You are responsible for compliance with the laws that apply to you, including any restrictions on accessing the underlying venue. Do not use the Service where doing so is unlawful.

3. Your exchange account and agent keys

• Your exchange account belongs to you and is governed by the venue's own terms. TradeHound is not a party to that relationship.
• On the Auto plan, execution happens through a venue agent key you approve. Its permissions (trading only, no withdrawals) are enforced by the venue.
• You may revoke the agent key at any time, directly on the venue. Revocation stops all TradeHound execution immediately.
• You are responsible for the security of your own wallet, keys, and devices.

4. Subscriptions and payment

• Plans are prepaid for fixed terms (30 or 90 days) and are paid in USDC on the Arbitrum network. Prices are shown before you pay.
• Nothing auto-renews. A term ends unless you renew it. Renewal of the same plan opens shortly before expiry; upgrades take effect immediately; an active plan is not downgraded mid-term.
• Payments settle on a public blockchain and are final once confirmed. We do not offer refunds except where required by law.

5. No performance guarantee

Trading strategies lose money some of the time and can lose money over any period. We make no representation that the Service will be profitable, meet your objectives, or perform in the future as it has in the past. See the risk disclosure, which is part of these terms.

6. Availability and operation

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and we may suspend or modify the Service for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.
• Our systems include protective mechanisms (including a kill-switch) that may halt trading without notice when risk conditions trigger them.
• Venue outages, network congestion, oracle failures, and similar third-party events are outside our control.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to: resell, redistribute, or publicly republish signals; reverse-engineer or probe the Service; interfere with its operation; or use it on an account you are not authorized to trade.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: TradeHound and its operators are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Service, including losses caused by execution timing, downtime, missed or erroneous signals, or third-party failures. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time; revoking the agent key ends execution immediately. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or misuse of the Service. Prepaid terms are not refunded on termination for breach.

10. Changes

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
