TradeHound is built to need very little of your data. Accounts are wallet-based: no name, no email, no KYC collected by us. This page describes what we do process and why.
1. What we collect
- Wallet address. Your public wallet address identifies your account when you sign in. Wallet addresses and their transactions are already public on-chain.
- Subscription records. Which plan you bought, its term, and the on-chain payment transaction that paid for it.
- Telegram handle — only if you choose to link Telegram for signal delivery.
- Trading activity on your account produced through the Service. Orders, fills, positions, and the events around them are recorded so your dashboard, history, and our audit trail work.
- Operational logs. Standard technical logs (timestamps, request metadata) kept for security and debugging.
2. What we don't do
- No tracking cookies and no advertising pixels. If we measure site traffic, we use cookieless, aggregate analytics.
- We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
- We do not collect names, emails, or government identification.
3. How we use data
To operate the Service: authenticate your wallet, deliver signals, execute and display your trades, attribute payments to plans, keep the system secure, and meet legal obligations if they arise. That's the list.
4. Sharing
Data is shared only with the infrastructure that runs the Service (hosting and edge providers, and Telegram if you link it for delivery), and with authorities if we are legally compelled. No other third parties.
5. Retention
Account and trading records are kept while your account exists and as long as needed for security, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. On-chain data (your payments, your trades on the venue) is public by nature and outside our control.
6. Your choices
- Unlink Telegram at any time to stop that delivery channel.
- Revoke the agent key at any time to stop execution.
- Stop using the Service at any time; you can request deletion of our off-chain records about you, subject to what we must retain by law.
7. Changes
Material changes to this policy will be posted here with an updated date.
